Changing to the Classic Menu Bar!!!

I was searching to load Express Tool bar today through help window and I saw a snapshop of the classic Menu Bar. So that means we can load and use the classic Menu bar. Anyone out there knows how to bring the Classic menu bar? The one with the flyouts and all?

any help would be much appreciated. Meanwhile if I find out I will post!!!

Thanks.

I think you are talking about the pre-ribbon menu bars?

If so, yes you can. It is the only way I can stand using 2010.

I don't know exactly where I downloaded it from but here is a zip file with all the instructions and files required.

Hey,

Thanks budd. Yes, that's exactly what I was talking about.

I guess this zip file you attached will do the magic right?

Cheers.

Yes, there are instructions in the zip file and it isn't as easy as Autodesk should have made it.

If you search the forum, there is a link to the same zip file that is on Autodesk's server.

Without this I would have stuck with 2009 indefinitely.

Yes, I will definitely look into it and load it as soon as I empty my plate. 🙂
I've been looking all over the help menu of AutoCAD trying to figure out if it's a system variable that should have been changed.
Till someone told me that they've got rid of it all together and replaced it completely with the ribbons.

Thanks for your help Mike.

Cheers.
