AutoCAD MEP 2011-64 Error

We have an AutoCAD issue which showing following error message while trying to start  the AutoCAD MEP 2011-64 

Unable to run AutoCAD. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

1) This version of AutoCAD was not installed properly. In this case, you may wish to reinstall AutoCAD.

2) You do not have sufficient rights to run AutoCAD.

Its a network licensed version.

OS : Windows 7 64 bit

 (Hardware & software meets the requirement as per AutoDesk listed).

Dot Net Version : Microsoft .NET Framework 4

Have tried several 3 times of installation in the same machine with full admin rights.

How do we resolve this issue ?

Just re-applied the Service Pack 1 for Windows 7-64bit  and the issue was resolved
