the, out of the box, Air Terminal Sidewall grille selection is very limited,
I'm forced to create new parts.
Per the text all new parts must be created
within the same DWG as the existing family. I open the file and see various
grilles within the drawing. When I create new grilles within this file, how
are the new grilles associated with my new MvPart Sizes. Is there a specific
grid within the part DWG that needs to be followed when placing my new parts
or can I put these newly created parts anywhere within this drawing? The text
does not discuss this.

still trying to figure out how to add an additional grille to the library.
After checking further into the sidewall supply grille MvParts, under air
terminals, the original grilles are not even created properly. The 8x6, 10x6,
12x6, & 18x6 are actually 8x4, 10x4, 12x4, & 18x4.
What's up with
that?
