Add Duct-It adds a huge size?

When I add duct, I set the correct elevation and duct size, then when a click on first point it changes the size of the duct to a huge size that I didn't ask for? I won't let me draw the size I want.
Please help!!

Is the duct your trying to draw connecting to anything? i.e. another duct, air handler, vav. If so u have to click on what u are connecting to first and then change the duct size and height that u want. If not connecting to anything then I don't know why its doing that. Hope this helps!
