45 BW Elbows Dimension ERROR

I just started out in 2014 plant 3d and while building my specs I noticed that the "ELL 45 LR" take-out dimensions are off by about 1000th of an inch due to the radius being off by a little. These fittings where pulled from the ASME catalog. What's the deal with that?
