"Can not find the resource string number 11927 in resource AecUIBase40"

I'm getting this message every time I open up LDD 2004 and start a new blank drawing. After double clicking on the LDD 2004 icon, the application will first go to Autodesk Map and then give me a message that says "Can not find the resource string number 11927 in resource AecUIBase40." I'm able to work in LDD 2004 with any file, but I would like to find out how to resolve this issue. Has anybody else experienced the same problem or had a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated. I have included a screenshot for reference.
