ldd 2009 won,t load

Help....When running Land Desktop companion all looks fine until I try to invoke any land command then I get a message saying "LDD unknown command" How can i kick start this thing?

Any help out there would be appreciated.

Glenn,

I think you've lost the workspace settings.  Try reloading a workspace first.  If that doesn't work, right click on the screen and bring up the options menu.  Under the Profiles tab, try reloading the Land desktop profile.

If that doesn't work, you've lost or screwed up ssome settings in your Windows regestry.  You may need to uninstall / repair the C3d / LDC instalation.

Thanks for your suggestions turns out it was a "permissions" problem not allowing me access to a portion of the program on my computer.
