insert issue-land development 2005

Has anyone expierence an issue that when they do a ddinsert, then choose browse, the system locks up? It won't allow me to switch from the default directory. This is strickly an autodesk issue because I have no other problems woth any other software. This only happens on one of our seats, the other is fine. Both are updated to SP-1.

Anything peculiar in this default directory - maybe a shortcut to something
that does not exist?

I tried it from the other station, I can get into that directory and out without any problems, I thought maybe a setting got changed.

Hey lbro;

I realize I'm beginning to sound like a broken record with this, but have
you tried a Repair as of yet?

Especially suited for cases such as you have related.

Control Panel;
Add/Remove Programs;
Select Land Desktop;
Select Change;
Select Repair - usually middle button.

Maybe the station you are having trouble with has Digital Signatures turned
on.
