how to print a drawing in the land desktop ... the plot button was also there under the file menu but when i click on plot button nothing happens ... printer driver is also installed on the computer ... now what to do...

You should possible do a repair installation. It takes about 15-20 minutes.
Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Select your product ->
Change ->(follow the prompts) (Repair)
