grading parking lot

Hello,
Can someone help me?
I need to create cogo with elevations for stake out of parking lot - back of curb. I know I can create template along even width from cl, but how do I go about with parking lot? What Is there most efficient way to do this in LDD? Thanks so much.

I have done something like this in the past two different ways. I would build the parking lot using 3Dplines at grade elevations and then use the Polyline/Contour Vertices Automatic under the Create Points pulldown to set points at the endpoints of the 3Dplines and then create a group of these points to download. The other way I would use the Slope/Grade - Distance under the same pulldown to create the points while grading the parking lot. The point group would apply to this also. Which one is better depends on the size of the parking lots because if needed you can always offset the 3Dplines at an offset and grade to speed things up a bit. Hope this works for you.
