cut and/or fill point

hi all..

after calculate earthworks volume, we will know cut area and fill area.


HOW TO EXPORT OR COLLECT EXISTING POINTS OF CUT AREA ONLY OR FILL AREA ONLY?

i know several ways: pick cut/fill points-->right click-->list point-->erase-->export remains-->modification--> in other application (excel or other)-->>import (in land desktop)

but, it is a bad way..i think!
Because, the fill or cut area spread within area irregularly..and so above way dufficult to perform..

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY???
