acui15.dll was not found

I am and have been running Autodesk Civil Series 3 Land Desktop 3\acad2002.cfg created on 7/26/2005 at 6:32:05.

Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3.0.

I have received the following message:

acad.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because acui15.dll was no found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I checked the whole computer including the recycle bin.  Where did it go?  Can I fix this without re-installing?  I don't have the installation package; it is who-knows-where in the company.
