I'm fairly sure the Deskers would rather retain their existing client base
rather than having them "jump ship".
I would then figure that they would at least mention how to acquire the
needs a firm has to produce with C3D?
Their "replacement" for LDT, I mean.
I can thoroughly understand your predicament in these matters palhaco - the
work has still got to go out the door!

You have got to be kidding me!!! It took me 3 hours yesterday to figure out
how to set 5 points for my surveyors to re-stake a lot. I guess I'll be
uninstalling 2008, reinstalling 2007, and probably be switching to another
vendor in the future. BTW, a lot of the help menus give false instructions
(i.e. refer to menus that do not exist, etc.). Also, why can't you print
from the Point Group Manager anymore. You have to copy all info to the
clipboard and paste into Excel to print. This is too much BS for me to live
with! My suggestion, ACAD needs to maintain LDD with survey and civil
capabilities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
