Unable to Publish to DWFx or to the plotter

Our whole team is unable to publish DWFx Files. If we use publish DWFx we get the following error

I have installed DWF writer and when I make a single DWFx with it I get a warning that my software has built in DWFx and I should use publish.But I get the above error. We have tried to publish plots to the plotter and only about 2 out of 10 will plot before an error happens and the batch plot stops. Our client always wanted PDF but now they are asking for DWF. Any help would be greatly appricated
