We had a NAD 1929 / 1988 debockle and need to move an existing surface Up by
1.18 feet.
The surface is mostly built from points, but there has been some flipping of
lines, and - there's 50 or so breaklines.
Can we simply translate the entire surface Up the 1.18 feet, or must we move
the points and completely start over?
