If you are on Silver Subscription, you can log a support request directly
via the web in the subscription portal: autodesk.com/subscription.
If you are not on subscription, you will have to utilize the SafetyNet
program (which is a pay-per-incident system) - the number for that is (800)
225-6531.
I would suggest contacting your contract administrator to see which options
are available to you.
