Saving Settings

My setting are not being saved. I have never had this problem before. Has
anyone experienced this? I am using Windows XP and LDD2, Civil
Design and Survey. When I go into "Modify dimensions (ddim) for example the
settings aren't saved.

Regards,
Glenda

I have never heard of this one Glenda. A few guesses.

Have you tried to open the dwg w/ a recovery and then running audit. Any
errors in either?

Is this limited to one file or project? If it's a single file, is it from an
outside source with a file lock on it?

If multiple files & projects are affected have you run a repair?

This appears to be happening in every project. I may have to just do a
software reinstall or repair.

I have a similar problem. I am using Windows XP & LDD2, as well. All my drawings revert to a 40 scale and with no suffix. I have to go into the Dimension Style Manager dialog box & modify these settings every time I open a drawing that I want to add dimensions to. Needless to say it's pretty frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sandy
