I do not use the Profile Menu often in Land Desktop 2007 in Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3. I tried to use it recently on a new road project and noticed it was missing. I customized a workspace back when I first loaded 2007. When I go to CUI the profile menu option is missing. There is an "Unresolved 1 (Group CIVILDESIGN)" where the Profile Menu would be listed. What does this mean and where did the Profile Menu go?

I think I fixed it. Had to reload Civil Companion. Don't know why I lost it.

I have that same problem, so how did you reload Civil Companion? because I am not sure what exactly that means.

Go to your Control Panel thru Windows and then to Add/Remove Programs. Search there for the Civil program, then do a repair or re-install of the program. If you don't find it, then it was never loaded on your computer and you will need to load the software.
