Hi:

I am new in LDD and I am trying to find out how is possible to create a profile.

I have already created the Surface (OG) and the alignment, but no clue how to create a profile...any ideas?

Go through the tutorials.  They will step you through the processes for surface, alignment, profiles, and sections.
