Hey daprontnicki;
I've seen this issue caused by the dwg being Associated to the wrong Project
from time to time.
You can use Projects>Reassociate Drawing to be able to gain access to the
proper Project's data once again. Reassociating requires an Open afterwards
you'll notice.
You can attempt to assign blame at a later date/time. 🙂

For some reason the points for my project are no longer there, but if I go
to project directory and look under the cogo folder i see that the
points.mdb file is still there. We recently switched all projects to a
server, and while i'm not sure that's the problem, because 90 percent of the
other projects are fine, i was curious if there is some sort of association
problem, or if i could re-import them from the points.mdb
