Object Properties Toolbar

Is there a way to edit or create a new Object Properties Toolbar with the
two default Layer buttons and the Layer pulldown menu, BUT OMITTING the
color, linetype, lineweight, and plot style pulldowns? I rarely, if ever,
use these, and this would free up a lot more space for other buttons.
Thanks.

Proceed at your own risk:

1. Go to your LDD\Support directory (or wharever LDD is stored then support)
2. Copy the Acad.mns file and paste it directly back in (backup copy).
3. Open the Acad.mns file with notepad
4. Search for **TB_OBJECT_PROPERTIES
5. You should see the following a couple lines below it:
ID_Layer [_Button("Layers", "ICON_16_LAYERS",
"ICON_16_LAYERS")]'_layer
[--]
[_Control(_Layer)]
[--]
[_Control(_Color)]
[--]
[_Control(_Linetype)]
[--]
[_Control(_Lineweight)]
[--]
[_Control(_PlotStyle)]
6. Delete the portions you don't need to that you have only
ID_Layer [_Button("Layers", "ICON_16_LAYERS",
"ICON_16_LAYERS")]'_layer
[--]
[_Control(_Layer)]

7. Save and close.
8. Run LDD and you should be there. If it doesn't work, exit out, erase the
modified file and put the copy back in place.

Just a tip, you can add a dimension style pulldown using the same method.
Works great.
