PLEASE confirm prior to installing this service pack which product is installed on your computer.

1. Verify with the original installation media.
2. Confirm with your serial number. (Your serial number for Land Desktop Companion will be the same as your Civil 3D serial number)

Please also note if you have a locked or unlocked version of our software. To determine if you have a Locked or Unlocked version of the software, go to the Help menu in Civil 3D 2007 and select About Autodesk Civil 3D. Select the Product Information button in the About window. In the Product Information window, the License Type should will read either Stand Alone - Locked or Stand Alone – Unlocked. After determining which version of the software you have, please download the appropriate patch.

Both have the same subscription number that appears in yellow on back of my
Civil 3D 2007 Box.

So you have 2 boxes, 1 that has Civil 3D and Land Desktop Companion and 1 that has just Land Desktop?

You indicated in previous posts that you had tried the Land Companion patch. If you have both boxes, did you install Land Desktop rather than Land Companion?

No I have one box with Civil 3D and Land Desktop Companion. I tried both
patchs (Companion and Land Desktop) on the suggestion of another poster.

The Land Desktop 2007 SP2 download was removed from Autodesk's website due to an "unspecified problem". My guess is it because of the major problems found with machines running ATI and NVIDIA graphics cards.
