LDD 2008 Label Glitch

The first time I label a line in a drawing, it will lable it as N90-00-00E, no matter what the actual bearing shoud be. I can eventually get it to work properly by opening the label style editor, make no changes, and try again. Unfortunately, it will switch back randomly and I have to start the process over.

Is this happenig to anyone else, and is there a fix?

I am hoping this will be fixed in the hotfix (supposedly coming soon) or service pack.

I haven't had that problem. Does it happen with all the Label Styles or just
one?

Mine did the same thing. It works now but it supresses zeros now. My bearings will be N 89°6'3" E instead of N 89°06'03" E. Do you have this issue too? This is unacceptable for my profession.

the only fix i know of, is to go with static lables and fix manually.

anxiously awaiting an alternative.

Is there a date for the hotfix for 2008 release? I am waiting on the initial update to install 2008 on my computer.

Thanks for posting all the problems with 2008. You have saved me the pain and suffering you all have had.

The LDT 2008 SP1 addresses the labelling issues. This is in the queue to be posted on the Autodesk website very shortly.

The service pack still did not fix the issue.
