Search this NG on the web side for RUI and Jeff Mishler. He's the author. He
does hang out on the C3D NG from time to time now but I bet the code is
still on this NG.

I know Jeff's routine worked for me. Something strange is going on. Is the
image in EX-1.dwg? Do you have that image defined inside a block in the dwg?
Is it in paperspace?

Some images that include certain characters cannot be detached from the external references pallet. You can rename the image or use the classicimage or -image commands to remove it.

EX-1 IS THE EXISTING TOPOGRAPHY THAT IS OVERLAID XREF'D INTO THE BASE DWG. THE 2 IMAGES THE 00 AND THE DS WERE THE 2 IMAGES AND SOME IN OTHER DWGS THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT. THIS WAS/IS A NEW PROBLEM, THAT HAS JUST APPEARED IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS... FIGUES SINCE WE ARE GETTING 08 SOON.
