I have typed in both CMDDIA and FILEDIA. Both were set to <1> . I changed them both to <0> and then back to <1> to make sure they were not displaying the wrong setting.
Still the hatch command will not bring up a dialog box.
Any suggestions? This is happening in Land Desktop 2004, version 2004.0.0. The Product Information states "License type: Standalone - Unlocked" and "License expiration date: Wednesday, October 06, 2010"
