Gravel hatch doesn't work in LDD 2006

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the gravel hatch to show up properly in LDD 2006. I've tried the snapbase command but it didn't help. I have also played with the hatch scale and again no success.
Is there a way to fix this.
Thanks
Maskwa

Set the "Hatch Origin" in the hatch dialog box. Or type HPORIGIN at the command line.

You could also try moving the UCS temporarily to somewhere close to where you are hatching. (right on the boundary of the hatch works well). It seems that the further away from 0,0,0 the more wrong the hatch is.

AutoCAD incorporates the concept you've described into the 2K6 "package" for
Hatching Finsternis.

My olde use of SNAPBASE became circumvented also. The lower left portion of
the Hatch Dialog Box, has a button for choosing a Base Point nearby to your
Project's area.

The use of NAD27 or NAD84 coordinate systems for Projects, places 0,0,0
pretty far away for Hatching to accommodate!

In paperspace, I moved all entities closer to 0,0 & re-hatch the area. That should do it.
