My drawing is transformed and orientated to a lat/long coordinate system,
and also transformed to the Ohio state plane. I did this via project setup.
And map isn't recognizing the LDD coordinate system, or the transformation.

How about using the Track Coordinates and digitizing with the map tools? You
need to assign a coordinate system to your dwg. If you can't get that to
work (Track Coordinates) then transform your dwg to a lat/lon coordinate
system.

No. What I need to do is to draw a line from one longitude & latitude to
another longitude & latitude. The deal is is that I have an engineer that
needed long's and lat's on a proposed building, which he placed on a
background of a USGS quad sheet (in Ohio). The FAA wants distances from the
building corner to 3 different points at a nearby airport, but the points
are described in longitudes and latitudes. I can list longs and lats, but I
need to draw lines from one to another.
