Coordinate Tracking and Dview Twist

Coordinate tracking does not appear to function properly if a dview twist
angle is set in a drawing. If you go to the Inquiry pull-down -> Track
North/East with a dview twist angle in the drawing, the coordinate tracking
values will differ from the values on the regular AutoCAD coordinates and
any labelling for the drawing. Is this the designed behavior of the program
or a bug? Any plans to resolve the issue?

Thanks,
Neil

Hey Neil,

I just tried it in a "twisted" Model tab. No problem with the coordinates
either through an ID or the Staus Window in the lower left corner. But I see
what you mean about the Coordinate Tracking Dialog box.

Sounds like a case of the doctor telling you to stop doing that, when you
ask why something hurts during an activity?

I really get a kick out of your last question. Shall we start a list of
"Unresolved Issues"?

Oh yeah, I forgot...
It's called the Wish List! And it keeps growing, and growing...

It's been broken since the first time they included it. I don't remember
exactly but I think it was still Softdesk then. It's one of those things
I've given up complaining about.
