Computer crashed

My computer crashed and I lost all access to my Land Enabled Autodesk Map 5 and Autodesk Land Desktop 3.  The customer service rep suggested I join this user group and maybe someone could help me.  I have the serial number for the program, but do not have the discs to load the program on this computer.

Any suggestions or ideas as to help me get me up and running again?

Thank you

1] backup all your project data (e.g. DWG, DWT) on an external drive

2] ask your IT crew to restore a "before-crash" state.

If you have no IT at work, do the following:

WIN-R

%windir%\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe

OK

and look for a date prior the crash.

I feel simple but what do I do with your solution, Antonio? I can't type that into the URL, of course. How do I use it? My computer crashed and I lost the program. Since I am an educator at a college I was able to get a three-year license for free through Autodesk. I don't know if this makes my situation any different than a purchased license.

Additionally, since this is my own version I do not have an IT department to fall back on.

Take backup all the data into external drive and then after contact with technical support Services like tech  health experts www.techealthexperts.com
