Communication Center Xref Notifications

Wouldn't you know it, I would have to ask a question today. Fate?

Anyway, has anyone run into Comm. Center not posting Xref change
notifications? The toggles are all flipped on, and Xref Manager shows the
files as needing reloading, but the nifty bubble alert never showed.

Yes, I have checked help, looked in the KB, and even consulted my reseller.
Nothing in those locations. Any others?

James,

Could you check the Tray Settings when you right click in the blank area of the
status bar?

Is Display notifications from services on?

James, I ran into that issue the other day. Wouldn't you know it was while I was demonstrating the software to project managers. Worked fine in vanilla AutoCAD, not in Land Desktop.

I can hear them now..."And we pay him how much???"

Hello all,

I thought I didn't understand the issue completely and researched it a bit
further.

Unlike the notification in A2K4 when using XOPEN or opening multiple drawings.
There seems to be a delay in notification of XREF changes, but it does appear.

On my PC local files: LD 7 min, A2K4 4 min.

That's what we're running into as well. I don't recall it taking that long
though.

Maybe it always has..
