If you miss the angle option in the array comand in LT2013--tech support sent me this info--

"The angle options is removed from command line
option. However, after creation please hover the bottom right grip and select
Axis Angle and specify the angle by picking a point. If you want to enter angle
value please turn off the dynamic input and enter the angle value in the
command line. "
