When I go to open AutoCAD LT 2009 I receive an error message.  “This application has failed to start because adlmdll.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem”.  Not sure how I would go about doing this.

The last sentence in the error message offered a solution.

If you're using Windows 7, open the "Programs and Features" control panel, use it to remove AutoCAD LT, then reinstall the program from the original disks. Depending upon how much you customize your interface, you may want to take steps to preserve your settings.

    Hello

Be careful if you are using Windows 7 because :

    - Only 2011 versions (or 2012/2013) are officailly supported by Autodesk

    - But versions 2010 are runnig fine on Windows 7

    - Older versions could have some problems ...

    Bye, Patrice
