Hi we bought a License AutoCad LT 2012 in San Francisco US thru a friend of our boss now how can we activate the product in philippines because there is an error in activating

Reads like you need to return the software and purchase a product that can be used in the Philippines.

There is a cross-border prohibition in software from Autodesk (and many others), part of the licensing agreement: you can't usually register a product outside of the region it was purchased from.
