I need a dimstyle that will read decimal feet (15.2') not inches. This is
for a site plan in engiineering units, but I DO NOT WANT inches to be
    shown.
    I am working with LT2000.
    Thanks for help in advance.

Set your dim style units to decimal and the suffix to ' (foot mark). Now,
if the drawing is drawn such that 1 unit = 1 inch, then the scale factor
(in modelspace) is 1. If it's drawn as 1 unit = 1 foot, then the scale
    factor is 12.

All of these settings can be located in the dim style dialog, under the
    Primary Units tab.

    Enjoy,
    Stef
