Version three means you have SP2 installed already, so your problem is most likely similar to the other links I posted (and may be outside of LT2011 to fix).

    Ver 1 = no SP; ver 2 = sp 1; ver 3 = sp2

Mine also states Product Version E.208.0.0 AutoCad LT 2011 - English Version 3

So for my information the Product info there will not tell you if it is a 64 bit version?

Guys, have de & re-installed, same issues after loading service packs on again, looks like youre correct Dean, maybe an external issue...? I really dont know...

I'm struggling now, AutoCad is pretty much useless at the moment, does anyone know or is aware of contact details for a tec at AutoDesk, if there is such a thing...paid a lot of money for the product with what seems little support, would have thought the discussion forum would be monitored

Really appreciate your help Charles & Dean
