Restore the Computer to several days ago and prior to the first install.

Follw this advice from Autodesk to see if there are any stragglers in the Registry:

Autodesk Recommended Clean Install Procedure:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?linkID=9240817&id=2887771&siteID=123112

Try the install again.

Hello

You try to install ACAD LT 2012 32 bits or 64 bits ?

On which Windows exactly ?

Before, have you some others Autodesk software running OK ?

If YES, which one ?

Bye, Pat

You may want to get into removing and reinstalling the current .NET that is on your system as well.

REVO UNINSTALLER The free version on its most aggressive setting will get rid of all files.
Use this as the uninstall instead of Windows.

Then reinstall the AutoCAD after you have done the previous suggestions to this program as well

Remember to back up your customizations first.
