unhandled exception box

i am using 2006 autocad lt . before i can open any files a box comes up reading ; exception in acmgod d11 arx command - unhandled exception e0434f4d at address 7c812a5bh . this comes at each file that is opened and will not allow me to make any changes on dwgs. thank you for any help .
