remove source address from printout

hi all,

I have a user  with autocad LT 2004, don't know why evertime she print out, there will be a line of text printed out together, how can I remove this text?

edit: I didn't read the Subject well enough! Made my earlier text seem very stupid, is it possible that you have a field of some sort there or a diesel expression? 

Could it perhaps be a plotter setting?
