options not working in properties command

Hi,

   I am facing three problems which i am attaching as image.

My System configuration is:

OS Name    Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Version    5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600
Processor    x86 Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 10 GenuineIntel ~2499 Mhz
Adapter Type    Intel(R) GMA 3100, Intel Corporation compatible
Adapter Description    Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Adapter RAM    128.00 MB (134,217,728 bytes)
Driver Version    6.14.10.4885

     I repaired and reinstalled the software but the problem is still there.

Kindly please suggest some solution to rectify the issue.
