@ key sticks

when using the @ key for relative coordinates, I have to hold the shift key and the @ key down for a long time for it to appear in the command line. If I do it too fast, the @ function doesn't work.
I am using other cad packages that input coordinates in the same way, and have no problems at normal speed.
Does anyone know why this is?

I had this and other keyboards problems after i installed 2006 some time
ago, and couldn't find a solution myself.
Fortunately someone else on these boards posted that Autodesk support
advised them to set tempoverrides to '0'.
This fixed it for me 🙂

OH, excellent worked a treat, that had been driving me crazy for ages. I always use polar and the sticky @ key had me tearing my hair out at times. many thanks for this.
