image invalid format Autocad LT 2009

Has somebody already met this problem ?
An Autocad 2004 dwg file with a tif image linked can be opened without any problem with Autocad LT 2006.
But when I try to open it with Autocad LT 2009, I can only open the dwg file ant I get an error message invalid format file for the tif file.
Is there a new limitation in Autocad LT 2009 for image file formats ?

LT2007 changed TIF formats being supported. Still running through LT2009.

LT2004 is the same as LT2006 format for DWG and tiffs.
