cant' clear arrayrect video help

I just upgraded from 2010 to 2012.  When I hovered over the ARRAYRECT command on the ribbon, a small help video popped up and ran.  I could not close the small video box.  The only way to clear it from my display was to close AutoCAD.  If I minimized AutoCAD, the box was still there.  Is there a way to clear this box without exiting the program?

Thanks

Why not turn that feature off altogether?

OPTIONS command, second tab called DISPLAY, explore the pop-up Tooltips options in the Window Elements section. Tap that help button if you need more explanations about each option.

many thanks, that did it, i set the delay to 20 seconds so we will get the tooltip but the video will not load unless we wait the full 20 seconds.... appreciate the quick reply...
