Unable to open file 'acadlt.cui'

I have a workstation runnung AutoCAD 2008LT. I have a new user to log on, but I keep getting the above message. The new user already has administrator rights.
Some help would be appreciated

Would sharing make a difference w/ Admin rights?

The PC in question, using Windows XP Pro, only has one user. The previous user has left, a new user is now on the same PC. The log-in has changed to the new user, the old user has been removed. The new user has admin rights on the PC. The software is loaded on the PC. Files which the user works on are kept on a server over which the user does not have admin rights. I don't know if that covers your question.
Thanks for the response, though.

Corrupt CUI file perhaps, or missing? You don't note if you searched for it
within the user's LT search paths listings and if you can open it on another
station.

I've met the problem few times. When the file was missing the problem was simply solved by "repair my installation". If the CUI file exist, it's probably corrupted like Dean said, in that case I replaced the existing one with CUI copied from some other workstation.

Mariuszz, for some reason I cannot reply to your own post this morning, so
hopefully you will catch it here:

Delete the Common Filess>Autodesk Shared folder and reinstall all Autodesk
apps.
