You can download the Service Pack here:

AutoCAD LT 2012 SP2

The Readme can be found here:

I'll give you a Kudos to for marking your own thread as the Solution.

Had a crash today that let me know the SP was available and it is already installed.

Windows7 users, read this before you attempt the SP2 install, from the README file for the update:

"When you apply this Service Pack while running AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT, it is recommended that you do not click the "Automatically close applications and attempt to restart them after setup is complete" option. Instead, close AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT manually, and press "Ignore" at the prompt. It is also recommended that you reboot your system after installing the Service Pack."

Thanks 😉

It may seem strange maybe, but creating an initial post, replying to this with the relevant information or link, and marking the reply then as accepted solution is actually the process we Autodesk Support folks are asked to follow when posting information to the forum, (when posting a pice of information as opposed to answering a question)...

I guess if the initial post is phrased as a question (e.g. "When and where can I download SP2?") this looks a ittle less strange. I will keep this in mind for next time 🙂

Cheers

Silvia

P.S. for any specific problems related to SP2 I would strongly recommend starting a new thread for each separate issue... each thread can then be marked as resolved when the issue is solved, which makes it easier to keep the relevant information findeable for everyone....

I understand the reasons behind selecting this as Solved.

It will help others find the relevant information since many have trouble getting to the Updats and Service Pack page on thier own.

No issues with LT 2012 SP2 on XP thus far.

Did not see in the Readme what it has done though.

Is there a change log somewhere? There's no info in the readme file of what was added/fixed.
