Is there any way to actually talk to someone who can help with product registration. I have worked unsucessfully for 4 hours trying to register 2011 upgrade going thorugh multiple email accounts even though I have an email from AutoDesk telling me what my 2010 Upgrade credentials are. This process is as frustrating as it comes. Now it is telling my 2010 serial number is invalid, even though I coppied right from the AutoDesk email.
This telephone number should get you to someone who can. I would suspect that since this is a new installation you will get to a free support providor.

Your 2010 serial number is in the app: do you no longer have it installed?
May I ask whjy you are "emailing" to register 2011 when the app startup does that Automatically? Or are you getting an error message?
