Plot to Encad Pro 50

Can anyone help me with how to configure ACAD LT 2006 such that I can utilize 4 head printing with my Encad Pro 50?
I turn on "Plotter" control on the printer but the software driver overwrites the print settings and changes it to 1 head grayscale. Printing with 4 heads is so much faster but I can't see a way to configure Heidi drivers to allow it? Please help if you can.

The driver controls this, nothing to do with AutoCAD. Autodesk does not
write drivers specifically for your Encad.
If it's an option, set the plotter to ignore software settings, but you
might lose other features.

Dean, I was hoping you would respond to this. I did put the printer on "printer" control as opposed to "software" control. However, somehow when the files are sent to the printer (by Autocad) the printer reverts back to the 1 grayscale setting. I do not have this problem with Microstation. It sends the file to the printer and the 4 head settings stays "set". It would seem something in the software control of the HEIDI driver for my Encad is overwriting. Is there a way to "view" was really happening in the HEIDI driver that ACAD uses?

No viewing or resetting available on any hdi driver, try a system driver
instead, there is no hdi driver for an encad pro 50 from autodesk, you'll
have to find another source.

Not familiar with MS, perhaps you could plot from there to get the feature.
