Plot Stamp

I am using AutoCAD 2008LT, is there a way to eliminate the path when selecting the drawing name option? I don’t want to see the path of the drawing on the plotted files, just the name of the file.

I'm pretty sure you can't do anything about it when you are in the light version. But chances are you have the full version of AutoCAD that is older. In the full version, re-insert the field with the option of "File Name Only".

Not with PLOTSTAMP command.

Explore using FIELD command instead: explained in Help.

You could rename your Layout tab to include your file name, then when
plotting under the plotstamp options you could just have the "layout name"
on. A couple extra steps, but just a suggestion.
