Permission Level For LT 2008 To Function Properly

A company I am working for restricts users from having administrator or power user permission levels on their computers.

We have run across problems with previous versions of AutoCAD LT software and lack of permissions.

I just wanted to make sure that LT 2008 would function completely & properly before spending the money to purchase it. If it doesn't work without those permissions, I'd like to find a solution before being out the money.
