Have you tried doing a repair from the installation disk? Or check your antivirus software to make sure all AutoCAD extensions are permitted. Usually in these forums, someone has made a change in their system, such as a new antivirus, or running a registry cleaner (other than Windows' own). Good luck!
I hope my info was useful, but if by some odd chance it actually solved your issue, feel free to mark your post as "Accept as Solution". Thanks! 🙂

Grab REVO UNINSTALLER, it's free, and works better than Windows and software
uninstallers ever could. Go for the maximum uninstall option, delete
anything offered up with a delete option:

Then follow Autodesk's Uninstall AutoCAD instructions to delete any remnants
missed by Revo:

Restart your PC.

Now, Reinstall LT.

REVO have a detailed aggressive uninstaller with registry removals, did you
go that far? Using it to simply run the app's uninstaller is, well,
pointless.

Your error messages refer to security access on your system or server: you
need to review with your I.T. on why you do not have access to system
resources. There is no AutoCAD fix for that.

I have found a way to repair the AutoCAD “CUI Unknown command” error that I have been receiving, which I have attached. Thank you for all of your help.
