Ther doesn't seem to be an Autodesk certified video card driver for that one http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/syscert?siteID=123112&id=18844534

have you tried turning off Win7's Aero theme and generally updating the drivers from Dell's website or from AMD's website? Someimtes a downgrade may help as well.
